Boss Lady’s mission is to help women achieve economic prosperity by providing resources for professional development, educational opportunities, and other aspects needed to achieve individual success.
Our Founder, President of the Board of Directors
Andreina Viera had an unstable childhood characterized by hardship and uncertainty. Once her grandmother stepped in to raise her, Andreina finally found a home in Lawrence, MA. When she became a teenage mother, she found in her son the reason to become financially independent and successful.
With over 20 years of experience in the executive world, she has worked in the offices of industry leaders in fashion, food, health, and education. As the owner of The Vieras (formally Viera Admin Solutions), Andreina works with start-ups, entrepreneurs, and women to create solutions for businesses and enable growth in professional settings.
Andreina was inspired to found Boss Lady to give young women the resources they need to achieve economic prosperity and write their own success story. As the current President of the Board of Directors, her goal is to help women overcome academic and professional barriers, and pave a way for others to break generational cycles.
